It's all about the bags...

I was browsing around looking at one of my favorite shopping sites *coughZapposcough* and ran across these bags. I literally gasped at the gorgeousness of these new bags in all of their flashiness. I'm normally not a flashy girl, but I could see myself rocking each of these bags to work, play or just running errands in the city. Sequins weren't even my thing until I saw these beauties from Juicy Couture:
Sequin Stripe Day Dreamer $268
Sequin Stripe Dame $298
I could totally (hit my maximum limit for this word) see myself wearing the first bag with a grey open cardigan, jeans and black boots and maybe a black stretch belt over the cardigan. And the second bag, a cute blush cardigan with a brooch, jeans and Chanel-inspired flats.

And as if those weren't enough, the sneaky little sidebar showed up some more results of lush and flashy bags that I could easily see myself wearing to an event or play:

Little Connie Sequin Shoulderbag $229

Luxe Day Dreamer Chiffon $398

The only thing stopping me from getting these beauties is my budget and getting the eye from my aunt and mom about spending. But yeah, other than that I'd snag 'em.

Good day!

MISS TINA! - Tina Knowles Debuts Line at Walmart

Though it's been long known (by fans of Beyonce' of course) that Ms. Tina Knowles is a designer in her own right - she designed some of Destiny's Childs' costumes - she has not come out with her own line of clothing.

UNTIL NOW...

Her new collection of affordable clothing debuts this month with some pieces already online (sorry, they're sold out ***Update 10/7/10*** - they're back in stock online). What I love about the line is that she unapologetically includes everyone. As she says below, whether you're a size 2 or 20, there's something for you. What I also love is that the clothes don't lose shape as you go up in size. Because sometimes what may be for that size 2 may not be for you. But with this line, that isn't so. The curvier women in the video are working it good if not better than the slimmer models. And with this line, it's fashion at a very affordable price, which is a plus because I'm on a budget, and I will be snatching up those dresses and open cardigans. The only thing to worry about with this line is it flying off the shelves and possibly seeing someone at the church house (cause that's where I'd work it) or up in the club (if that's your thing), with the same dress on. Either way, I think Ms. Tina has a hit on her hands...

Check it out for yourself:

Coming to America...

I was so happy when I saw this email. While I don't like to give away my secrets, I had to share this one. ASOS is now shipping in America! That means no more waiting 10-12 days for a shirt, jacket or jeans and paying outrageous shipping (I don't think their shipping was bad, but now this is a guarantee it won't be). Also I love seeing the prices in USD even though you could change it on the London site. While I don't like the fact that I could possibly see someone here in the States with the same outfit as me, I don't mind them coming across the pond. Cheerio! :)
